The first part of the circle marked ‘U’ is brighter than the other marked ‘L’. There are three points, one above, the other below, and the third somewhere between the two. The upper point is denoted as ‘A’ and the lower one as ‘B’ in diagram No.2. You will find different seeds and vrittis whirling there. Between ‘A’ and ‘B’ there is a point which, if pressed, you can have communication with the liberated souls of the brighter world after some practice of Raja Yoga.
