Sri Ramchandraji always placed justice higher than self advantage. Once a person joined service at the Judge’s court a couple of days earlier than him. In the following years they were transferred to different sections. They were later re-posted to the same official
position and level in office. For some reason, his colleague joined the position a couple of days later than Sri Ramchandraji. Because of this, the colleague officially became his junior.
When a vacancy for next promotion* came, his colleague appealed that he should get the promotion based on the original date of his appointment. Sri Ramchandraji’s superior officers were more favourably disposed towards him. So they called him regarding the promotion. Even though he had a big personal benefit with getting the promotion, he acted selflessly. Though the colleague joined the present post later, Sri Ramchandraji suggested that he should be given promotion. The colleague got the promotion and developed a great regard for Sri Ramchandraji.
