We talk about first being a detached observer and then detached in our action. Modern management theories tell this objective method of observation and the objective method of working as the most effective and efficient manner of work itself. When we are not involved in the work our performance is the best. That is what Maslow and others have been talking about. Most of us know what Maslow has stated.
