Waves, if it gives you the idea of water again we are getting into troubles. But if you can think about a wave of air, the Prana that gets into you and if that is the breath that you take is that of the bliss that you are inhaling that what you exhale through the entire process is your dirt then it becomes an effective method of cleaning.
