क म  य क म  य ः प  य दे क म ि  ण च क म  य ः । स ब ि ु  म ा  न ु षे ु स य ु ः क ृ  क म क ृ त ॥्
Karmanyakarma yah pashyed akarmani cha karma yah; Sa buddhimaan manushyeshu sa yuktah kritsnakarmakrit.(4-18)
He who sees inaction in action, and action in inaction, is wise among men; he is a yogi who has perfomed all actions.
य सव समाराः कामसविजत ाः। नािदधकमाण ं तमाः पिडतं बधु ाः॥
Yasya sarve samaarambhaah kaamasankalpa varjitaah; Jnaanaagni dagdhakarmaanam tam aahuh panditam budhaah. (4-19)
He whose undertakings are all dissociated from desires and intentions, and whose actions are consumed in the fire of knowledge; him the wise proclaim the man of true insight.
ा कमफ लासं िनतृ ो िनरायः । कम यिभवृ ोऽिप नवै िकिरोित सः ॥
Tyaktwaa karmaphalaasangam nityatripto niraashrayah; Karmanyabhipravritto’pi naiva kinchit karoti sah. (4-20)
Renouncing attachment for the fruits of actions, ever content, freed of all dependence: such a person, although engaged in activity, does not at all do anything whatsoever.
िनराशीयत िचाा सवप िरहः। शारीरंकेवलंकमकुव ाोितिकिषम॥्
